Tooth bending stress analysis of high speed curve face gear of composite transmission

چکیده
To promote the engineering application of composite transmission high speed curve face gear, which consists a cylindrical gear and analysis tooth bending stress should be taken into consideration. High pair is new type pair. Combined with principle cam transmission, it can transfer axial/rotation motion power between two intersecting shafts. Based on engagement principle, meshing coordinate system was established fundamental expounded. profile equation generating surface gained. Tooth force, contact ratio normal load distribution were calculated. Then during calculated analyzed in detail. Influence basic parameters discussed. Finally, simulation measurement experiment carried out. By comparison simulation, theory, correctness calculation method verified, has important guiding significance for further research transmission.
